NMC v A (Nursing and Midwifery Council Interim Orders Panel) : Neumans LLP successfully defended a nurse at an Interim Suspension Order Hearing. The nurse had been accused of misconduct by the Nursing Midwifery Council. This was an important matter as if the Interim Suspension Order was placed upon the nurse she would have lost her Pin Number and would not have been able to practice.
