Neumans LLP acted for Portsmouth Football Club in relation to its defence of the Winding-Up Petition presented by HMRC. Neumans LLP were extremely pleased with the result as whilst Mr. Justice Newey did not strike out the application, he has allowed an appeal against his decision.
